Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Subscriber") and Haomao Technology ("Provider") and governs your subscription to HairGenie AI premium services. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

HairGenie AI offers the following premium subscription plans:

Weekly Plan

$12.99 per week

Billed weekly after the free trial period. Provides unlimited access to all premium features including unlimited hairstyle generations, ad-free experience, and priority processing.

Annual Plan

$39.99 per year

Billed annually after the free trial period. Includes all premium features at a significantly reduced rate compared to the weekly plan.

2. Free Trial

How the 3-Day Free Trial Works:

Your subscription begins immediately when you confirm your subscription. The first 3 days are completely free. You have full access to all premium features during the trial period at no charge.

Day 0 — You Subscribe

Your subscription activates immediately. Full premium access begins. No charge.

Days 1-3 — Free Trial Period

Enjoy all premium features at no cost. Cancel anytime during this period to avoid charges.

Day 4 — First Charge

If not canceled, your payment method is automatically charged the applicable subscription fee ($12.99/week or $39.99/year).

Ongoing — Auto-Renewal

Your subscription continues to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Important: If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the 3-day free trial, you will be automatically charged. The free trial is available only once per Apple ID or Google account.

3. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Upon renewal:

Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
The renewal price may be subject to change; you will be notified in advance of any price increases.
Renewal occurs at the same rate unless otherwise communicated.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be done through your device's app store:

Cancel on iPhone / iPad

Open Settings on your device
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Tap Subscriptions
Find and tap HairGenie AI
Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap the Profile icon (top right)
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Find and tap HairGenie AI
Tap Cancel subscription

Note: Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above to stop future charges.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies:

If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.
If you are charged after the trial and believe the charge was made in error, you may request a refund through the app store.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refund requests for special circumstances may be submitted to haomaokeji@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Premium Features

Your subscription grants access to the following premium features:

Unlimited AI hairstyle generations
Ad-free experience
Priority AI processing
Access to all hairstyle templates and styles
High-resolution output images
Early access to new features

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their next renewal. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel before the new terms apply.

8. Account and Payment

Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Payment terms are also subject to the respective app store's terms of service.
