传书（以下简称"我们"）非常重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明了我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您在使用传书应用（以下简称"本应用"）时的个人信息。

ChuanShu ("we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the ChuanShu app ("the App").

2. 信息收集 / Information We Collect

本应用在运行时可能收集以下信息：

• 用户创建的内容：您在应用中创建的文字手记、图片、文件和语音记录。这些数据仅存储在您的设备本地。
• 设备信息：在局域网传输功能中，我们获取您的设备名称和本地IP地址，仅用于设备间的连接和识别。
• 网络信息：WiFi连接状态，仅用于判断是否可以使用局域网传输功能。
• 相机和麦克风：仅在您主动使用拍照或录音功能时访问，不会在后台采集。

The App may collect the following information during operation:

• User-created content: Text notes, images, files, and voice recordings you create. This data is stored locally on your device only.
• Device information: Device name and local IP address, used only for LAN transfer connections.
• Network information: WiFi connection status, used only to determine LAN transfer availability.
• Camera and microphone: Accessed only when you actively use photo or recording features, never in the background.

3. 数据存储 / Data Storage

所有用户数据均存储在您的设备本地。我们不会将您的数据上传到任何云服务器。局域网传输功能仅在同一WiFi网络下的设备之间直接传输数据，不经过任何第三方服务器。

All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your data to any cloud servers. The LAN transfer feature transmits data directly between devices on the same WiFi network, without passing through any third-party servers.

4. 数据使用 / Data Usage

我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：

• 提供应用的核心功能（手记记录、文件存储、局域网传输）
• 改善用户体验和应用性能
• 满足法律法规要求

Information we collect is used only for: providing core app features (note-taking, file storage, LAN transfer), improving user experience and performance, and complying with legal requirements.

5. 数据共享 / Data Sharing

我们不会与任何第三方共享、出售或转让您的个人数据，除非：

• 获得您的明确同意
• 法律法规要求或政府部门依法要求
• 为保护我们的合法权益所必需

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third party, except with your explicit consent, as required by law, or as necessary to protect our legal rights.

• 数据仅存储在本地设备中
• 局域网传输使用HTTP协议在局域网内部进行
• 应用不收集或传输不必要的个人信息

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including: local-only data storage, LAN transfer within local networks via HTTP, and minimal collection of personal information.

7. 用户权利 / Your Rights

您对自己的数据享有以下权利：

• 访问权：您可以随时查看您在应用中存储的所有数据
• 导出权：您可以通过应用的导出功能导出所有手记数据
• 删除权：您可以随时删除单条记录或清除所有数据
• 撤销权：您可以在设备设置中撤销应用的任何权限

You have the right to access, export, delete your data, and revoke any permissions at any time through the app or device settings.

8. 儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy

本应用不面向13岁以下的儿童。我们不会故意收集13岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果我们发现已无意中收集了此类信息，我们将采取合理措施尽快删除。

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such information has been inadvertently collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

9. 隐私政策更新 / Policy Updates

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在应用内发布。继续使用本应用即表示您同意更新后的隐私政策。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
